Gday guys,
Anyone know of a restumper for my house ? thinking of raising to have a second level
under, I am in brisbane

A point to consider when you do find someone.....
Make sure you level the floor of the house, rather than make the stumps level.
Otherwise you will likely end up with an uneven floor and doors and windows that won't shut.....learned from personal experience :(
Ditto. lifted mine about 10 years ago and bricked (clay block actually) in underneath. found the best brickie I could to set everything dead level. When the house was lowered back down onto the new blocks, door, windows and even a internal wall were all over the shop. Old wooden houses ( mine is circa 1940's) were never level and straight to start with.
best advise is to do the mandatory homework and look (and talk) to their past customers. I would have never used the crowd I did if I had done a bit more background work on them.
