Don't know if 4x4 Intelligence in Melb are still making them, but I do know that the new owner of Hard Range is in the process of developing a rear bar and tyre carrier for the P38A, as well a snorkel and other off-road goodies. Their latest catalogue has a pic of my Rangie on the front cover! :cool:

Paul and I go way back, about 4 weeks ago when we spoke on the phone a few times.
If anyone had spoken to Paul, he can indeed talk.

I also feel sorry for him loosing his previous P38, but like that dude in WA when he was taken by the shark, "at least it died when it was doing what it was made for".

But yin & yang prevails, and his new rig is more than likely more enviable, I need to see the photos to clarify.

Mate - I took no offense and got a good laugh out it. I actually felt pretty bad about having to reneg to both you and Willem about the rear bar... but when the opportunity came up to buy the P38A that I really wanted, I couldn't resist.

I know I can be a bit verbose at times, and I apologise - sort of. It's just nice to be able speak with other people who are in to Rangies and appreciate their good and bad points. Most of my 4WD friends around Canberra drive regular 4WD's and give blank stares if we talk about things like EAS or BeCM's.

I'm rebuilding one of my web sites at the moment and will put some pics of the "new" Rangie up there soon.
