Imho

easier than the sphagetti but because they dont glue in they can work loose and leak but at a guess they will get you the distance to a tyre shop even if you have to keep inflating the tyre. They also dont like it when you deform the rubber (say working offroad at low pressure)

What they wont deal with is a elongated puncture that runs through at an angle, is oddly shaped (Ie not a nail driven in nearly perfectly) or if its seperated the threads of a ply. They are nearly impossible to screw through a decent steel plied tyre without snapping them prematurely.

Great for small car light construction tyres tho and providing you can find a good source of the little co2 bottles they might be worth it just for the co2 bottles and the adaptor (depending on price)

I am from the Australian importer Kenma

You can find Cargol "Turn and Go" in most motorcycle shops as it has been a huge success in this market it is also good for cars with run flats or space saver spare tyres.

However although it will work on the majority of punctures in 4WD and Light Truck tyres it will not fix staked tyres and it would take 10 x 16gr CO2 bottles to pump a 33" tyre up to 20 psi so carry your compressor with you.

It is really quick and a five year old kid could use one but unlike the std rope type plugs you can not try to jam two in to fix a larger hole or tear.

Still a really innovative product to have in your tool box and as with most such things you will probably use it on some unprepared buggers car anyways.

My tyre adaptor (for my bike) will take the bigger threaded CO2 cylinders and the small unthreaded ones sold for soda water fountains.
