hey everyone.
im new to the site. and landrovers really.
i am having a look at a discovery 1997 tdi 2.5ltr turbo diesel at the moment it has done 217,000kms bull bar snorkel and a roofrack. they car yard is asking $8,990 was just wondering what you guys think? good price. an just some general info about the car. good thing? an bad things? i am thinking about taking it for a test run today.

the diesels seem to attract a premium down here, at least a grand to two mroe than victorian vehicles of the same specification.

I think thats a fair price and the k's are pretty low too for a nearly 12 yo car. Just check the history if you can in regards to timing belt and cooling system and use this as a bargaining tool for negotiations.
