Nice southerly blowing here now :D:D
Temp has dropped from just a tad below 42 mid afternoon to 20 deg now (5:50) no rain though so any poor bugger that has a fire going at the moment will really get a workout.
And I will be on the fire ground tomorrow doing a fire investigation.

It's still 35 deg here at Penrith - was 44 earlier (43 point something officially).
Did you see the pics of arc over from power line to a burning tree? Whether the arc over to the tree set it on fire or whether the ionised air from the fire allowed the arc over wasn't mentioned on the news report.
Naturally, the slant put on by the news was that the arc caused the fire.
