For all those with a wiggly 3 bolt steering box, I have a solution.
It costs about $10 and will take half an hour.
The top bush in these steering boxes is the one that wears, even 0.1-0.2mm wear makes for a lot of play at the steering wheel.
This bush is available as an off-the-shelf DU bush (steel backed, bronze faced with an antifriction coating) for about $10 from any decent hydraulic bushing and seal supplier.
The diameters are 1 1/4" bore, 1 3/8" OD and 1 1/8" height.
part code from my supplier was EZUI125137112, that's for an Ezi-glide brand the 3 groups of 3 numbers are dimensions.
Just fitted mine this morning, huge improvement.
