I have the answer :)

Click on the link below, then click on 'High Resolution' and click again on the image to enlarge. Be patient as it loads (watch for green and red line across top of image). Now watch the ships come and go.

I had a look but they forgot to turn the flood lights on. There must have been a drug ship passing:D

Here's North Bondi beach, North Bondi RSL Webcam (http://www.northbondirsl.com.au/cam.html) It's a nice day for the beach but seeing those crowds I think I'll stay home!
