D2 Flare Kit On D1 ???

Just wanting to know if the D2 flare kits fit on a D1 as well ???

a while ago i was going to do it so i went to a wreckers got quoted 80 a corner i think! :)

Hasnt the D2 got a larger circumference wheelarch??? Its the main reason we can run bigger tyres without getting the angle grinder out.

aparently they do with modification....I got some d2 flares for my D1 offered them up and changed my mind ad giave them away.

note that they are not a straight swap

Thanks mate this has made it clear they fully do not fit a D1 unless you butcher your D1 so i won't be buying the D2 flares of the guy and I will set him straight that they do not fit D1's only D2's :(
