From the description, poor driving skill, and poor attitude by the driver - driving an unregistered vehicle while disqualified (presumably for some significant reason). It would be interesting to know the 'inside' story. Could also be a damaged S3 on the market shortly (Interesting also to know whether the driver actually owned it or had 'borrowed' it).

Anyone from here I wonder?

However isn't there something about when the driver is unlicensed, the vehicle is "deemed" unregistered and therefore uninsured? Although it is likely the vehicle was unregistered altogether.
