With the Puma TDCI Defender the optional third row of seats-good as they are- do take up a fair bit of space. This also applies when folded away.Just wondered what a 130 station wagon would be like.Seating positions would be the same as the 110 but just more luggage space behind the rear additional seats.Never driven a 130 so I have no idea what a 130 station wagon would be like.Just thought I would throw this in to those who would like some more luggage room and need the 7 seating option.

Yep no such thing as a 130 wagon, although I know of at least one custom jobbie - it won at Cooma I think? (I wasn't there)

Yep would need to be a custom job but as ou said would give the extra storage room you want. Do a search for posts on here by Mulgo. He is the winner of the Cooma vehicle Shonky mentioned above. An absolutely brilliant looking vehicle.

You will find a few on this site.
I like how you can get extra leg room for the back seat.
I would love to make one.

The 110 seats are just bolted in to captive nuts. You can get the 110 as a 5 or 7 seat option and the 2 very rear seats are easy enough to remove. I had to get a 7 seater, didn't want to but that was all that was available at short notice (long story, search the forum). The only thing left in the vehicle when you remove the seats and latches is a few holes that you can plug with plastic blanks.
There is a small amount of room behind the rear seats when in use but not much. Also whilst the seats are capable of seating a full sized adult, the head room is for under 12's.

I think that is a 140 not a 130 - limited production, from memory in, or at least for, South Africa for the safari trade.

Do you need a bus licence to drive it?

I have a 110 Troopy, so seating and luggage space has never been a problem. Seating for 11.
