Hi All,

I will send out PM's soon, but thought I would post up a general announcement as well.

I need to start getting the provent elements back. If you have had it fitted to your vehicle for any length of time, could you please remove it, complete the data sheet, and post it back to me.

No big deal if you are nowhere near the km's on your data sheet.

You will need to seal the element well inside several sturdy plastic bags.

THANKS IN ADVANCE!!! PM me if you need the address.

Do you have any of the "Trial" Provents left, my son's 300TDi Disco is a bit oily, if not do you know where I can buy one and approx. cost, Thanks, Regards Frank.

PM me with how many km he does and I will see what I can do. I may still have one somewhere from someone who was forced to pull out.

Otherwise, MANN+HUMMEL head office in sydney can let you know where your nearest retailer is. I have absolutely nothing to do with selling them, but people have told me they are around $200 for the housing and $50 for the element (though the elements should have a LONG lifespan).

Thats really good to know as our 200tdi has always breathed REALLY heavy....So will probably be a good unit to fit

Dave - as long as it has been on for any time at all (even 5km) then please send it back.

(p.s. - I am happy to send used but still usable filters back to their owners after I have tested them)
