Well we fitted front and rear air lockers to the county yesterday (second hand thanks to DiscoSteve:))
What a difference they make:o yes it is amazing:p
The hill in the first vid, was very hard without lockers, very near impossible for the county;)
Didn't spin a wheel this time:twisted:

Next one is of a very slipery steep red clay/rock hill which we couldn't get up before without lockers, once again hardly spun a wheel with lockers:D

Then dad turned around at the top and came back down to give me a go to see what lockers are like:cool:
To bad i couldn't get up after numerouse attemps:eek: as soon as the surface has been touched it turns into a mud slide:(

And dad had afew more go's after i couldn't get up, still no go:D

In the end we turned around in the creek and drove out the other way which is also very challenging and would not have driven it without lockers.

Probably the ones I sold to Steve last year.
Good to see them get used as they should. That front diff is pretty much all new.
I guess it was all too hard to fit into his rangie.

Nice clips!
You sounded puffed did your old man make you walk all the tracks :p
I cant wait to get lockers they make tracks so much easier and you don't need as much momentum so less chance of stupid mistakes and breakages

The best investment on any 4WD after goods tyres is the faitful diff lock, front and rear always preferable :D.
Blokes who brag they can tackle any terrain without them are just plain idiotic and cause more damge to the track than need be but then you shouldn't let your 4WD experience/judgement be overtaken by the magic button(s) As camo said, can get you into a lot of **** too :(
Have fun with the added buttons :D

32/11.5/15s Goodyear MTR'S (half tread), that was our downfall i think the tyres:(
After some 33/10.5/15'' simex's or silverstones now:twisted:

Yes i agree, we can now crawl so many more tracks without the risk of car and track damage:cool:
And yes i'm guessing we will probably get more into strife, but the winch is going on in the next month or so:D
