View Full Version : D3 Fell Over in the Snow

A 101 owner from the 101 Club in the UK was out playing in the snow and came across this abandoned D3 with the window open and filling with snow - the D3 must have had the wrong terrain response setting on.
Maybe the D3 driver should have been driving a 101.

It was doing an anti moose avoidance swerve when the compuer kicked in and made a sidewise dash in between the moose legs to avoid hitting it
D3 computer technology proves itself again

Nicked this photo from a UK forum. Coming downhill then slid straight across a junction. People do not seem to realise that in these conditions that you need to be able to stop at least 10 metres before you have to stop. Also engine braking is more useful then normal braking driving downhill in these conditions. Unfortunately engine braking is not taught these days!
