Rules:
-Photo must be taken by you or your partner.
-Minimal editing.
-Only one photo per user name.
Happy snapping!
Uploading starts 15th and ends on the 22nd Feb...voting will comence from Sun 22nd and will end on the Thurs.
Please feel free to discuss the photo's that are submitted BUT DO NOT Quote using the picture.....we dont want to see 5 of the same picture just because people have quoted and not taken out the picture link please upload your photo here. Posts that are not directly relevant to the pictures submitted will be deleted. Happy snapping

Near Cape Arnhem. Also where I saw two hammerheads each about 4 metre long come right in to the beach, just after we'd been snorkelling for crays:eek:

Taken about 21 years ago...If memory serves me right off the highway between Sydney and Goulburn
Stretching the grey matter even more think it was taken with a Praktica KR10M SLR!!!???!!
Just had to tweak contrasts from scanning the old pic.....

One of the "Lost Cities" This is part of one and is out the back of the old Nathan River Station on the Gulf. The photo was scanned off one of our negatives.

This is near the top of Bald Rock.
Taken with a canon EOS 350D with the standard 18-55mm EFS zoom that was sporadically giving me a 'error 99' which is a miscommunication error.
I have since replaced it with a sigma DC 18-50mm f2.8 EX Macro.
Some slight tweaking in PS while converting from RAW to jpg.
