Photos deleted from AULRO

EDIT: I'm not upset or worried, just curious.

I just received four messages like this:

I'm sorry, but the photo you submitted to Australian Land Rover Owners, titled
"Flinders Ranges", has been deleted. Some reasons for photo deletions include:

-Images that were partially uploaded/incomplete
-Broken images
-Extremely poor quality/images (impossible to make out the image itself)
-Images that did not conform to our published site contribution and usage guidelines such as offensive images

There must be some other reason apart from those listed. They have been there for several months and each time I looked at them they seemed OK.

It was quite a long time ago, but I think they were the ones I submitted for the AULRO calendar.

Does anyone know why they suddenly disappeared?

Yep same here, I'm not bothered though as I prefer Photobucket anyway, can't remember the last time I used the gallery, It's way too slow and it freezes when I try the slideshow.

Does anyone know why they suddenly disappeared?There hae been bushfires all over the place recently and not just in Victoria. The other day one burnt out the entire High Country Huts section.

Just be grateful that you survived with only the loss of a few images.

I think outlaw was doing some tidying and removed them. I'm sure he will say so himself soon . I think removing them had more consiquences than we though.

Yep i did a cleanup of the Calendar section of the gallery ready for the next one.... didn't realise the system messaged everyone :angel:

yeh I got the e-mail as well and new it was the calendar as that was the only photo I have in the galleries...so now you will have to look at March to see the said deleted photo:D
