Anyone have a car carrier in melb

Hi all,

I've bought a car and I need to move it a pathetic 3,200 metres from its current location in Surrey Hills back to my house. I was wondering if anyone in Melbourne had a car carrier that I could use. I have one but it is 260km return to get it, the minimum hire locally is 4hrs/$70.

I may have to get it flat bedded as the SLS is down to its haunches and it mightn't get up the short ramps anyway:(

If anyone can help/has any ideas I'd be pleased to hear:D.

Just drive it 3200 meters it would be lucky to even get warm i drove my rangie off the beach with no water watching the oil temp drove it near 6k's before the oil temp got to normal opp temp and that was far enough to get me home verry lucky that day i wasent far from home :D:D

Thanks for all the advice/offers. It turned out cheaper to get it flat bedded than to hire a trailer. Plus, someone else has to worry about loading/unloading it:D.

Pick up is 9 AM Monday morning.

Both can fit a 110 on them...
