what is the most you would dial up the turbo, with out fear of damage to anything.

Mine winds up to 20PSI, it was like that when I bought it nearly 3 years ago, so god only knows how long it has run like that. I have fitted a boost guage to the dash and will only go above 15PSI for short periods like passing etc. Just remember, the more power it produces, the shorter it's life span, it's the risk you take.
