Installing High Speed gears in LT95 ???

I bought a set of High speed gears through the forum and was given instructions on how to fit, more than a few months back, well I have lost them, can some good soul enlighten me on this task, any pics would be helpful as I dont have a w/shop manual for an LT95, Thanks, Regards Frank.

C'mon fella's, there must be someone out there that can help, my son needs to get to Qld. from Kalgoorlie WA by Wednesday next week driving his Stage 1, if he cant get these gears in it will cost him a fortune in petrol.
I can't remember the name of the fellow Aulroian that I bought the gears from in the Markets section, he gave me detailed instructions on how to do it, but I have lost them, Help!, Please, Regards Frank.
