hi all from cold, cold blighty!.
i have a slight problem in that after my brother dropped me and the family at the airport in our d2 he took it back to his work to park for the time we are away. anyway once back in the carpark under his work he could not get it into gear, i think it has maybe popped out of 4h but he is not the most knowledgable with cars so maynot be putting fully into gear.
is there anyone here who is around the paddington area that might be able to drop in for a look, disco1/2 knowledge would assist?
let me know and i will pm my brothers number, appreciate everyones help.
thanks
yorkie:)

well the nrma have been out and think it is either the hydralics for the clutch or the actual clutch. so will be arranging a tow to davies performance first thing next week :(
does anyone have any idea of prices for
a. new clutch (d2 td5)
b. clutch hydralic flush/bleed.

cheers

Does that model have the Dampened flywheel, if so most shops replace that in a clutch job and I believe they are very EXXy, I hope for your sake it is only the hydraulics, Regards Frank.

It will most likely be the slave cylinder, should be around the $100 mark plus labour Liam, the flywheel is a dual mass but it will be fine, it takes a lot to damage the fly wheel.

On the off chance the clutch is knackered, it should only be around $450 + labour.
