Rovercom or nanocom in Darwin

Gday All,Just wondering if there are any members in Darwin with either of these systems.Would like to discuss these if possible.

Gday All, Its just seeming that it may be an important part of my tool kit..Am planning to do the canning next year and the more I read about the series 2 the more it seems to rely on the ECU and other computer controlled engine management.. I spend 7 months of the year at sea relying on engines for everything and in my experience in that field is the less computer controlled stuff the better.As you would know there are limited options in Darwin so am thinking that it could be a worth while investment, knowing full well that you still need to know how to use it.
On another note,hows Gove going, used to call in there heaps for fuel once upon a time but the mine expansion stopped that.

For piece of mind it would be worth it however most faults on the ECM are not fatal and will self clear. The unit comes in handy though for reviewing performance and will give real time feedback on what's happening.

I have no experience with the Nanocom unit. However, I would certainly be considering this over the Rovacom if I was buying now as the Rovacom is considerably more expensive and for what you need the Nanocom should do everything.

Still pretty much the same although the advent of Rio Tinto and the global economic crisis has made things a bit jittery.

Still only get 2/3 the rain of Darwin so a bit drier than you are atm.
