130 rear window

My rear sliding window in my 130 is rattleing badly.:mad: Has anyone got any tips for getting the glass out to replace the window slides/channel?
I cant see any screws holding them in or how to remove glass.
Do I buy new channel for it from LR or can I get it from somewhere else?
