TRS ECU Update

Just arrived then ... my new TRS ECU.

I was hoping they would send me a nice flashable unit for my 99 D2 .. but alas no ... wishful thinking on my behalf I think :)

Anyway anyone on the Gold Coast with a Nanocom want to program it for my vehicle ? Otherwise I am off to Ricks later in the week and will get it done.

Managed to slot into Ricks this afternoon. Certainly makes a difference the updated ECU. Just waiting on the Detroit and TruTrac for the front and rear now :)

Are you going to upgrade the intercooler as well?

I will do the Intercooler, including silicon hoses, and EGR Bypass (with MadMan monitoring) probably April.

Trying to aim for one major spend each month. So Far :

December - 4" Lift + BlackWolf Turbo 300
January - National Luna Fridge
February - ECU + Roof Rack + Awning
March - Detroit and True Trac
April - Intercooler + MadMan
May - Forby Fitouts in the Back

Gday Stuuu, did you get the TRS intercooler upgrade, been looking at it but the list is getting that long it might be a june/july job.. Would be interested in peoples thoughts on the I/Cooler upgrade..

ECU in July last year and due various cancellations of planned install dates the intercooler went in a month ago.

As most will say - do both together and well worth the $ for the gains. :D

Definitely do the intercooler as well. Makes a big difference in the perceived turbo lag.
