Iam not really a collector , just like the old girls without pwr steering and all those extra bits to cause probs . those early ones are tough too only problem is rusting body ......anyone got any early ones too ?

You should of asked this 2 weeks ago!!! I just sent one of these to the metal scrappers with no rust in it. Call ezy scrap in the A.C.T and see if they still have it.

You did What!.
If it was an early 2 door i would have given you more than the scrappers.

Can't help with an early 2 door, but how about a 77, 79 and 81 - all rolling, one goes (pics further up thread) and the body components for a 76 - plenty of panels etc also

I've got 2...........The green one is a '76. My main play toy and I have an '84 that has mostly been stripped. I keep hanging on to it because the bodyshell has no rust and it has the door seals that actually work :)

Hi Guy's,

I have 2, Mudhog is a 74 and the other one is a 75 not running but with straight panels all round.

Cheers

I had a 76 a while back, sold it to djames on the forum for $3K regoed and all. Great vehicle and pretty original too with hardly any rust (fixed now) but I had spent a few $$$ on it too. Reason I sold it is that I just couldn't hack into it, was too good for that.

I do like the 2 doors, always have but I just don't have time to be rebuilding nearly everything on the damn things anymore plus rust-free example like the last one I had are very hard to come by.
