still with the clutch.....

Hi all,
Contuining story of the clutch! Managed to get the 130 back together over the week end, new clutch in, exchange trans box new clutch master and slave. Right, drives quite nicely ....but the clutch takes really high on the pedal is there some adjustment that i have missed ??? Pedal feels dead, then suddenly takes and its not easy to pull off smoothly, can any one help?

This is all the adjustment you can do. see attachment. Other than that ensure system is bled correctly.
