RTV Silicone dry time?

Hi all,
Ive just used some RTV silicone as a sump gasket, how long should I wait before I refill the oil?

should be dry by now mal!:D
i usually wait 30-60min, when i use it. most will that the tac and cure times on the box/tube, sometimes anywhere from 4hrs to 24hrs.

yep, that stuff dries fast and works wonders, after you wait for it to dry slightly before puting it back together you've already done most of your waiting, i have used it on oil pumps with oil still in the motor, and driven the car shortly after puting the pump back in place without any problems.
