td 200 cylinder head cracks between valve

having just fitted new r380 reconded box to my tdi 200 had cylinder head gasket blow. Found one cylinder head nut (number 5) was sheared. The cylinder has warp of about 10 thou and there are small cracks between three of the inlet and outlet valves . Any hope of restoration? any ideas on what to do or anyone out there with a tdi 200 head?:confused:
