the LT77 in the ute is jumping out of 3rd.. its only started after i cleaned the shifter input and removed the mud and made up a new rubber cover to seal both it and the hi/lo shifter... its not an agressive jump, half a finger nail will hold it in, it only dose it when you back off but not straight away about 5sec later. it wont do it under load either.

so is there any adjustments that can be adjusted:D or is it a bungee strap and find an auto?

cheers phil

It might be as plain and easy as the nose on your face , Try removing your rubber gattor you made and take it for a drive;)

Dose it jump out of any other gear ? try it in low range going down hill using the engin to slow it and see if it jumps out it may have a worn spigot bush in the back end of the crank this will cause it to jump out of gear :D
