D3 service costs

Hi,
I am looking at buying a 2nd hand TdV6 and wondering what the servicing costs are and how long the factory warrenty period is?

Around $550 for "A" service and $850 for a "B" service. Far too much in my opinion given that gearbox/transmission/diff oils are renewed every 10 years/150,000 klms and Tfr box every 75,000 klms. Further, coolant is only replaced evey 10 years and TDv6 has no spark plugs. Try and convince me that a ticketed mechanic @ $100 plus/hour checks operation of basic vehicle functions. Labour charge for my last "A: service was $260 alone!
My 48,000 k "B" service is now due and I will be specifying exactly what I want done and having it priced before commitment. Yes, I am bitter and twisted over service costs, and expense is not only confined to Land Rover models.

As Rovers1952 has said 3yrs, But also 100,00 Km's which ever occurs first.
