Help thumbnail troubles

This is for the gurus.

I have been trying to put two thumbnails on to this site - to no avail!!
The thumbnail goes on to the thread alright however from there it will not transfer to this site.
It eventually comes up with no connection.
Why?

Where are you hosting your pictures ?

They need to be hosted somewhere and then linked, some sites don't allow hot linking.

I keep all my pics on Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket (http://photobucket.com/)

Thanks Martyn,

All photos are stored on my computer even though there are a couple on Photobucket.
I have transfered them to the site before using the "manage attachments" on the on the thread with no problems. This time it just would not work.
I get a bit browned off having to ask all the time - so must you for having to answer my queries.
Will try again, never looked under General Chat assumed there would be somethig current under Photo section.

There again, you should never asume anything.

Grumpy it is much much easier hosting them on somewhere like photobucket.

The trouble with sites like photobucket is that they are blocked from work so images never appear. :(

The Manage Attachments works quite well and it's easy and quick to upload pics. I used it tonight so I know it's working.

I don't have trouble viewing photobucket at work Ron...

I cant comment on how secure the site is.

Ron I dont upload here as it takes toooooooo long. and its way to time consuming to have to reduce pics to upload them quicker. Where as that is all done for you on photobucket.
