My series 2a is currently been restored, the wiper ,is the lucas square type, with a green wire on number 2 and a green and blue wire on number 1, these wires have been cut off, i can't seem to find a wiring diagram showing where these go,
I have taken the round cover off, and removed, all the old grease, and now i need to re locate the round cover in the correct place, any help greatly welcomed

I'm pretty sure that green is permanent power from the ignition switch, and the other wire goes back to the wiper switch on the dash, the other side of which is earthed behind the dash. The earlier square motor parks using the earth circuit, while the later round motor parks on the power wire. I might not have explained this quite clearly enough, but it took me a bit to work out how it all worked. Hope it helps anyway.
