how do you down load Youtube. No Internet at home, and want Debbie Friedman's youtube Hebrew alphabet in order for family to learn Hebrew. So how does one download. Tried before, but just got a link to access the net, but as I said no net at home.

Hi, thanks for the offer. the Youtube one I want has the URL "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UiCzoTs1AdE." It is sung by Debbie Friedman. It seems better than those other ones, and the one you give. It was done by "Styve36" on Youtube--he added letters to the song. I usually find it by google "Debbie Freidman + alphabet." Sorry for my computer ignorance.

My Acer Travel Mate 230 lap top has just crashed--worked last night when I was using it in bed. Purchased it 3 weeks ago for 50 dollars from Cash Converters, because it was missing the enter key [still worked, by pressing the rubber switch where the enter key should be] and the inbuilt mouse did not work, but they provided a USB mouse with it, which worked. It took me 8 hours to get Windows XP to load, as the original disc that came with it had a scratch--much trying till it finally worked. So guess I should not have expected much for fifty dollars. Had wanted it too last more than three weeks, but realised it would not last forever.

So I can still run the Youtube CD on my old windows 98 desktop at home, but had planned to run this on the laptop [I drive my apprentice son to work 5 days a week, 150 KM round trip, over half the distance winding mountain roads, and as a pensioner sit at the Library computer to help fill in the day]. I have been learning Hebrew at the Library internet computer, Learn the Hebrew Alphabet (http://www.ancient-hebrew.org/7_home.html) , but wife and kids would also like to learn Hebrew. Was going to e-mail this Ancient Hebrew website as he allows downloads, but still have to ask him how to download the lot, with sound. He was helpful when I previously wrote to him.

Dont use laptops in bed the cooling exits will get blocked and they will overheat.
I guess you could do it jut be aware that this problem exists

Yes that is the youtube video I am chasing. I think anyone could learn the Hebrew alphabet with that terrific song and letters.

Got my lap top going again, by holding the on button down while opening the DVD drawer, so it has not crashed

as soon as I clicked this link, I got a virus warning on the Library computer that I use. are their othersites?

Yhea that happens on the library com every now and then .....;)

this is how you can do it an there are other sites to use its not imposible...but the last time i did it was on my old com and have since got new one with updated Norton 360 ad its not letting me over ride the setting for some reason ...sorry mate i will keep trying ...untill then i have sent off an email to the owner of the vid asking nicely if he would kindly send me a copy will see how that goes and will-let you know

This is a free bit of software that works great for downloading youtube and any other flash based movies etc from the web...

Its also a good download manager in general - eg to download something in multiple connections to max the speed and to pause/resume downloads etc...

Proper freeware with no spyware etc or other surprises...

If you want to download the above URL all you need to do is type "kiss" before youtube. Therefore the link would be Download Youtube Video. Just add 'Kiss'! Keep It Super Simple. - KissYouTube (http://www.kissyoutube.com/watch?v=UiCzoTs1AdE)
Click on download and the file will be downloaded as a .FLV file which you can get a player for or I change it to .avi by renaming the file and you can play it on media player.

The main problem will be the strange looks people give you at those funny words if they do not know Hebrew.
