posting video

Hi guys,

I have searched for posting video instructions, but simply came up woth all sorts of video posted. Does anyone have a simple giude to doing this?

From youtube you just copy & paste the embeded code. You have to have them hosted elsewhere before you can post them. Photobucket ect are fine. Again you just copy & paste the img code. Hope this helps;)
