G,day, Is there a manual available that would cover a 98 model 4.6 HSE ?
Haynes dont have one.
We have the Rave cd but would like to have a book !!

Yes, LR make one. Print the pages from RAVE as needed, it would be cheaper.

The genuine publication part no. is shown on the first page of the RAVE version. The printed manual is ruddy exxy!

I dont want to take over the maintenance while it still belongs to Bro
but I would like to be able to help with correct advice etc.

I'm thinking this Rangy would be good to do our next trip to the Cape in,
towing a camper.
Thats why I am interested in what Paul38 has done to his 99 model with
regard to lifts and bar work, which I didn't think was available for our models.

I purchased Workshop Manuals 1 and 2, part number LRL0326ENG printed in 1999, at AutoWorld Bookshop in Sydney in 2006/07 for about $250, but use the RAVE CD almost exclusively these days.

If you do procure your Bro's P38A, I may be willing to part with these for a small fee (hint: I like red wine) ;)

NFI what GTR is, but the copy of RAVE I have has Owners Manuals for 98MY through 02MY P38A Rangies, although they are the NAS ones.
