Some help with torque settings please

I am after some help with torque settings for the rear suspension, my workshop manual seems vague.

The settings i require are the 3 lower link (17mm), to chassis and the 2 A-frame ball-joint to arms(19mm).

All help is greatly appreciated.

Bottom link to chassis nut 176 (This must be the big one)
Bottom link to mounting rubber nuts 64

from memory something like 70nm and 90 nm.
