My new project!

And I'm stoked. I've been looking at camper trailers for ages, umming and ahhing.
Looked at hard floors and soft floors. Finaly decided to go the soft floor route mainly because of space available in the fold out tents.
Then the challege was to find a good chassis and suspension. Most soft floors only have a basic leaf spring set up and that is not going to last.....not following the 110 anyway.:twisted:

So I fell on this little Track Trailer.

Awesome suspension set up and it's absolutely bomb proof! I plan to lift up the butterfly wing storage unit on top, up about 250mm on it's own frame so I can fit a fold out tent on the top of the trailer. Side folding type set up with the awning going over the rear of the trailer. Then I'll add a slide out stainless steel kitchen/pantry and another drawer next to it for storage.
The trailer already has a 70 litre water tank, 3 jerry can holders, swing out spare wheel carrier and battery box with merrit plug power sockets here and there.
I'll post up progress pics as I go if anyone is interested.

Will do....although it's not going to be as much of a build as an "add this an that" project.

I just bought a whole other trailer just for the tent (Southern Cross Canvas). Got a good deal though so I'm happy.:):)

So the Track Trailer will have a Southern Cross camper tent on it and the Mrs gets a new garden trailer to boot!
