I don't like killing wildlife (even spiders and especially not snakes), but the last time I found a Funny Web in my house it became intimate with the bottom of a heavy object.
Catch and release is all good - until you get bitten!

I had a nightmare experience one night at Mona Vale.
Saw a black hairy spider running across lounge floor. Hit it with thong.
About 100 babies ran everywhere from squashed mother.
It looked like a funnel web but I do not know whether they carry the babies on them.
