In the last 2 days my Firefox 3.0.10 has been crashing several times when browsing AULRO only.
I understand the system manager is trying to deny DOS attacks , so I wonder if that has anything to do with it.
I have reported the crashes to Mozilla, but it is extraordinarily out of character for Firefox to act up.

Previously I had some issues with Firefox Crashing particularly on this site , for no apparent reason it would crash and I'd be having to restart it again , not sure the version of Firefox I was using , I have gone back to Internet Explorer 6.0.2900 for XP Sp3. and it seems to be really stable.:)

No probs with Firefox 3.0.10 on Windows 7 (build 7000) or Ubuntu on this or any other site so far.
Of course, Windows 7 blue screens when I stay connected to a network share for more than a few minutes (known bug)
Might be worthwhile checking your anti-virus/firewall software... sometimes the anti-phishing/anti-spam/Firewall/IDS filters get themselves tied up in a knot.
Also check for any add-ons to Firefox that you are not too sure about. Disable them one at a time until the crashing goes away.
Cheers, Paul.

After reading a thread and trying to go back to a forum the full loaded page was blank. By refreshing comes Ok.

No problems with 3.0.10 on Kubuntu. I agree with Paul - could be an add-on.
