Adapter for high lift jack

Hey guys after some simple help i think.
Does anyone have any pics of what the adapter looks like that i can put on my new high lift jack so that it can be used in the round holes on the back of a defender.The T tongue doesnt fit in the round hole..lol.Any pics would be appreciated as then i can manufacture one.
