2a Blinkers

Hey All
With my 2a, I know the blinkers are above the tail/stop lights on the back,but what about the front? At the moment the blinkers are above the parkers but I have a shot of a restored 2a from here and they are the other way around.

Pretty sure yours is the way most of them are/were. I've had a look at some preserved/unrestored and in service mil 2as and they have the blinkers over the parkers. Civvy the same.
Early Counties had blinkers over parkers, from around 85 onwards 110/120 and 6x6s started to have parkers above the blinkers.
Home market pommie landies had the parkers inboard of the blinkers (horizontally).
Mine has blinkers and parkers combined :)

Well Gus has no lights, but Ambrose certainly has blinkers north of parkers. ;)

I wouldn't worry about it either way. There are so many different combinations running around of lights arranged horizontally, vertically, and lord knows how else!

If you run them horizontally, make sure to keep the indicators on the OUTSIDE.

Otherwise they will be obstructed by the parkers, and won't be able to be seen from the side................... resulting in a loss of funds.

The other thing to note is that seeing blinkers were not required until the early sixties, early 2as will have had blinkers added probably by an owner. I know I fitted them to my Series 2 in 1963.
