They are discussing the availabilty of 80" rear springs on the UK forum... One member has posted pics of transverse rear axle springs from a Triumph  Herald on his 80"   Dont believe it , look here:

oops ...Looks a bit dicky to me.. the eyes are inverted ..

I don't see the point of fitting them, I reckon it'd make the back end ride lower... but do I spy Lightweight axles under there?

Sorry that's not an 80" - it doesn't have the Burman 80" steering box and now it has Triumph Herald springs.  Ask back in, he'll confirm it for me.  :twisted:
Yes Dandy.. they do look like "lightweight" axles, which confirms my point!
