catch-22

The plan is to travel NSW for 2 weeks in October with my wife and by then, my three year old son. We are going to Cameron Corner and would like some suggestions on other sites we should see.

I am going to limit travel to about 4 hours a day and stay in a few places for a couple of days at a time.

Cheers...

I would visit Western Plains Zoo at Dubbo. Also consider the Zigzag railway, although the 3yo may be a bit young to appreciate that.

Hi Catch-22, definitely include Mutawinjti N P. Easily spend a couple of days there. Some good walks as well as scenery.Broken Hill has a lot to offer. Mining related museum stuff as well as a sculpture park on the outskirts of town. Mungo NP is also good. White Cliffs opal mining area is worth a look too if you are going past.It a different way of living. There are some good books on touring NSW available.Cheers, 130man.
