I've managed to unleash hell during a BlackBerry software update.

Before I explain what isn't going on, what is "Enterprise Activation"?

You have to activate via the BES console. Then the BB user has to put in correct details (read password) to complete and get current policies.

Think you might need to beam up before you can make that option work.

Ok. If I've just updated the firmware to 4.7.0.148 (platform 4.0.0.181) and my BB Browser has disappeared, how do I get it back?

Personally i'm no help, but give BlackBerry Support Forum - Asia Pacific (http://www.blackberryforums.com.au/) a lash.

Use the search function, and it seems to bring up every question under the sun. There's a couple of guys on there who really know their stuff

I wasn't aware how much of a crackberry I'd become until it stopped working:D:D
