Yeah,
Finally after looking for a long while i managed to find myself a Track Trailer, it's in great condition, i had to drive from Sydney to Brisbane to pick it up, but gave me a chance to meet up with some friends i hadn't seen in awhile, so now i can start planning how i'm going to mount my rooftop tent onto the trailer!
looking forward to some good times with this great trailer:D

Hi, I had mine shipped over to Alice a few months back. I fitted an AT35 coupling in place of the Pintle Ring.
I am also fitting a roof top tent, at this point I will be using two hoops at each end with 2 lengthways sections. I have opted to have the uprights 680mm high. This will keep the tent just below my Discos roof line and shouldnt make things too top heavy. Though with all the gear on board I doubt this will be an issue.
Post some pics when you finnish!
You may have already contacted Track Trailers, but if not for your info, the suspension bush kit is quoted at $65 and are the same as the current Tvan, the shocks are apparently the same as Hi Lux though which model I did not check.
This thing tows great, couldnt be happier with mine.
Cheers

Hey Incisor,
I picked it up from Ken, how'd you know?
I found out where it's from by the Serviceable sticker that was on the front of the trailer, was very faded, but just readable, and with a bit of research on the net i found out the info, Ken said they were shipped down from Darwin, but i think that were origionally from Amberley as that is where 382 squadron is based from what i could find.
ARN: 234674
And they tow great, 1000 kms from Brissie gave me a great trial run! just got mine registered here in NSW, the bloke that did the blue slip saw the trailer and said "HOLY SH*T, you won't break that in a hurry"
had to laugh!
i will work on my plans for the tent mounting and post some pics when it's done, but might be a while, as i'm in the process of buying a house and don't have much spare cash, (but couldn't turn the trailer down!)
Cheers
Andy

my sticker was next to unreadable, got 234 as first part of arn but rest is not readable for me anyway :p.
