The following 2 photos are the back page of last week's Land magazine. All except the 90 ? Should make a few people happy!

The latest LROC magazine mentions why. ADRs specify that vehicles under a certain GVM must have airbags. The 90 is underweight.

Correct. Might have been payload not GVM, but it's one of the two, I forget which.

It is not, as some may say, an odd conspiracy theory by LRA to deprive people of the 90.

Incredibly, rules have changed in the years since the TD5 90s were imported.

Exactly. Why are they advertising in "The Land" when none of the readers live anywhere near a dealership?

Just received our first new model, a 110 HCPU :).

And it looks like I have to spend a few hours driving these new Defenders off road in a couple of weeks.
I don't know if I can stoop that low after driving Range Rovers ;).

Nice to see the 110 Hardtop with large opening windows, instead of the smaller series type.

Now how 'bout a TDV6.

Scott, the add says all new power train.

What has actually changed?

Thanks, Erich.

Do you want any company? I'd happily tag along as a 'let's find out whether Joe Average on the street can drive them' type guy.

Oh, you mean the TDV8 :).
Very nice fit in the Defender & the 6spd box from the Disco is great too.

Actually, the TDV8 Defender isn't for public release yet until the 1st of April.

God - no one will buy a Defender now - that new V8 will destroy the driveline in no time. I was going to look at the new pick up - but only if they still offer the old well matched 4 cylinder transit engine. :p

Some folks appreciate that this vehicle doesn't need a V8. ;)

I know it's a load of BS but if they did fit v8 oilers made the cabs so there was room between the doors and seats AND BACK WALL(australianise it) -added optional auto's set up a real distributor network such as Cat years ago -they'd get somewhere!!
