Hi,

I recently did a oil changed on my gear box (S2a) and Transfercase. I was having very stiff gear changes, but the oil changed didn't seem to fix this.

So now I'm wondering something else, maybe my clutch dosn't dis-engauge properly. I don't seem to leak Clutch fluid, the pin on the slave cyl is not bent and the adjuster for this pin is almost ALL the way wound out. I have some adjustment on the petal box end but does this sound normal to be wound this far out? Pickup on the pedal is rather low too.

The Test for the clutch dis-engauge is lifting the rear drivers side wheel, and it will stop when out of gear but in gear, clutch in OR out, it keeps spinning, or will speed up if going from nutural into gear.

With all these adjusters fully wound out should the wheel stop spinning or does it seem like I've got dirt (or junk) in the clutch plates?

PS: Holden 186 Motor, 4 Speed S2a Gearbox (1&2ns 3&4synco) no overdrive, Fresh gear oil not over full. 3rd and 4th are the hardest to enguage.

Thanks in advance,
-Bryan.
