G'day ORC1 :)
Nice bit of kit mate, with just the right amount of useful gear :D bring it over with you when you come, as a personal import ;) then you will really be able to enjoy the benifits of the soft top,you might have to fit a roll bar for rego here though, bring a good UK one with you as a flat pack, and fit it here, makes shipping easier, "Reads" on this site will be able to clue you in how to do it as he brought his 90 softie over when he toured the country and he's stayed here :)
cheers

Hello mate
Yes, one of the fitters in 118 owned it for about 8 years, I've always liked it. It's well sorted, goes better than a new one. My mate is just about to borrow it to take it on a 10 week trip around the UK. It now has a HT and roof tent etc..

It was built on 14/3/91 as a first off for a military trial of some sort, can't find out what exactly, originally it was a hard top but was changed during it's time as an EMC test vehicle at Solhull and Gaydon. It was then acquired from LR by an employee who owned it for a while then a mechanic based at Gaydon owned it from 2000.
