Cooma - May Be Relocating...

Hey all,

Just wanted to say G'day to anyone around Cooma area, I'm just waiting to hear back about a job I've gone for with Snowy Hydro and if I get it I'll have to decide if I want to move to Cooma.

I hear there is some pretty top 4x4ing there as well as many land rover nuts like myself...

Also does anyone have any tips on locating a place to rent, preferably out of town where I can have my dog and land rovers... There doesn't seem to be much listed on the real estate websites I've been looking at.

Anyhow if I turn up there I'll be bringing my very modified SI, SII and pristine International AB120 4x4 with me (which I think I may fit a heater to...)

There are hundreds of Land Rover nuts in Cooma, although it takes about 10 years for them to get together each time. :D ;)

You will have to go the the Bi-annual Cooma Motorfest held in November this year. The military guys always put on a good show and last one had a Thornycroft "Mighty Antar" ex-Britt Army tank transporter. :)
