I am trying to convince myself it is worth getting a second land rover... I have a nice 98 Tdi Disco which i love so i just cant sell him :)... and now i have the chance to buy a Series 3 2.25 Diesel SWB in good condition... :( i really want to buy it but then i think its another car to have problems and cost me more money... BUT Land Rovers just seem to have a spot in my heart! i need to find a place in my wallet as well i think :(
So feel free to deposit cash to my wallet :p

Buy it mate..if it is what you want. Especially if it's a goer. You will regret it if you don't.
It's not in Sydney per chance - say Toongabbie way....?

If you are worried about us undermining you must want it. So long as its rust free and straight just buy the bastard and put us all out of our misery:p

Mate,
I'm feeling for you, The Kitchen Dragon gets the td5 D2 and i get the lowly camry for a work hack. If i wasn't doing the mileage it would be another stage one (1st choice) or a series vehicle for sure.
Cheers,
Anthony.

Buy it Mate. I have 6 Landys at the moment (3 registered) and don't regret buying any of them.
If a Series 3 diesel is in good nic and you're not using it every day, it won't cost too much to run. You could consider putting it on Club Reg if you only want to drive it now and then (about $70 per year I think)

I don't know anyone (Landy type peoples) that hasn't said that at least once. My choice is an ex-mil GS.
