I think in this case you can't put a coma before "and." It would have to read ...land, sea, air and sea and air vehicles. ;)

But at least the Do X flew out of ground effect! Actually crossed the Atlantic both ways if I remember rightly. Then there is the Saro Princess - with nearly a third greater wingspan than the Do X, and it actually did about 100hrs flying, and had a takeoff weight only about 10% less than the "Spruce Goose".

While none of the three were actually used in normal operations, the Do X came closest - and on one occasion flew for the best part of an hour with 150 passengers plus crew and stowaways. So there is some justification for including it.

Either that or the rear bogey set. This test was done in England many moons ago to test the impact resistance of a rail car designed to carry nuclear waste. I believe the test was a success.

The ZFC-1 comprises of three sections, all of which are independent from each other with two lockable doors securing each building. This means for a zombie to breach the main large section they would have to somehow breach three very securely locked doors - which even your most advance lock picker would struggle to compromise. One of the smaller buildings is a garage with secure roller shutter doors - still large enough to secure a military vehicle or getaway car. The other building comes with a built in storage unit for food to help you last the duration of the apocalypse. There is also a great place to store any other weapons you require to keep the undead at bay. The third larger building at the back has two floors (containing a bedroom, a kitchen, a living room and even a gym) as well as an upper deck to give you a 360 degree vantage point with smart slots in the decking wall to allow you to shoot at intruders in the surrounding area. In the middle of the three buildings protected by walls around the outside and a mesh roof is a small garden to allow you some outdoor time and to plant and grow vegetables.

That is true, but not moving at a constant speed. That is why it works.

Answered my own question. Yep, the diameters have to be in the ratio 2:1 or it doesn't work. Discovered by a 13th century Persian astronomer, apparently.

My wife was working at a Hospital in New Norfolk Tasmania and Natalie would come in to play the piano there.

A lovely personality, she wouldn't take anything in the way of payment to play and was just happy to take whatever gratitude's people would throw into her hat on the ground. She moved away from Tasmania and wasn't heard from again.

Years later My wife and Daughter spotted Natalie playing in Melbourne and they went over to her and said hello. The old lady remembered my wife from the hospital and was delighted that they made the effort to meet her.

I theorize that the "lightning" is not really that, but electrical discharges as the alien craft refuels on what they use for propulsion or refuels with what they use as what we call food. They extract from use what they need and in the process an electrical discharge is created and released.

it is logical if he is collecting products from both sides. Sequential selection on one side is faster than alternating from each side of the aisle :P
