Yeah this thing pops up every now and agin. This guy is delusional if he thinks it is actually worth that. He may have spent that much, but everyone who modifies a 4wd knows you never get out what you pay in.

nice rig...I would like it...but not for that price!

I'll stand corrected, but all that money, all those mods - and I didn't see him do anything more than what I have seen AULRO members do in their vehicles on their videos....without the ridiculous expense...

The you tube comments suggest he is getting rid of it to do something similar to an H1 Hummer - money's too tight to mention - not for him....

And whats that garbage about the 'G'force active suspension being a 1 off or maybe even 2 off??? I have it on mine, and there is another RRC with it fitted in Southern Tassie too! AFAIK there are at least 15 of them built on RRC's alone. They were even fitting them to other makes I believe.

Hey JC
That active suspension, how similar is it to ACE??? Obviously non computer controlled.
I noticed it before he got to it in the video.
How good is it and why not on the rear too???

I cannot see why he used it and not any of the rover equivalents ie ACE or or EAS

must be a fear of funbags.

I just watched that Vid , he needs to go back to the Drawing Board , 4" Body lift hay? the Rear tyres Rub on the LRA Flares on full flex , Also anyone wondered what's happended to the Front LRA Flares ?? He'd got Rear ones ? again same problem I bet on Full Flex his 36" Centapedes are rubbing that's why he's removed the front ones...

At the end of the day it only worth what someone is willing to pay for it, I would not touch any thing with a 4" body lift, becomes to much of a cop magnet

I think this guy needs his head read if he thinks that anyone will believe that this cost in excess $90,000 to build! Absolutely ridiculous, obviously thinks people are fools, either that or he is off with the fairies! For that money as an asking price you can go out now and buy an early Disco 3 which would probably out perform it in the bush anyway. It is a nice rig and would be a good buy for under $10,000 IMO.

I was chatting to a mechanic at davis motors a few years ago, and they had a customer who spent over 300K on their 94 classic. The car had similar spec to the one in the video, but had a chev, rollcage, and looked neater - nice alloys, perfect silver paint etc. The last i saw was it getting cut down into a ute, simmilar to Mick Higgartys (sp) old outback challange rangie. I think the number plate was CVY 350, or somthing similar. At the time, this car was 5 years old too.

But as for the car in the video, its not my cuppa, and i hope he gets what he is after. It may take a while, but someone will buy it. If i was to sell my county and didnt care how long it took me to sell, i would start by asking $25k. Now i know its not worth that, but i have spent more, and you would too getting it up to the same spec. Then i would drop it a grand or 2 every few months, till someone buys it. (MY COUNTY WILL NEVER BE FOR SALE THOUGH)

The thing that disgust me the most is all that body lift and yet the sill tanks are hung under the chassis height.... why not lift them right up into the body cavity and while he is at it relocate his bar work to match the body.

Honestly that thing would be up **** creek with regards to ramp over and departure, could see it getting hung up and damaged underbody easily.

I have offered him 10G for it (when it was originally advertised at 42G), I would probably still pay that sort of money for it, but I don't think he will ever come to the party. Besides apparently he has offers in the 20K region which IMHO he should jump at.

yeah I lasted about a minute twenty three. Seems like a bit of a douchebag. Honestly, if your saying you car is a beast, and will go just about anywhere, Id start the vid in meter deep mud, not axle high water, then go from there, climbing some serious crap, then going down it again.
